The Bolt-Hole Foundation is:
- dedicated to the advancement of education, science and research of pediatric illnesses and diseases;
- organized exclusively for purposes pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code;
- exempt from U.S. federal income tax; and,
- qualified to receive tax deductible contributions, bequests, devises, transfers and gifts.
